Terms of Service

These goods are solely for consenting individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you may not purchase or have these items purchased for you.

All sales are final. Unless there is a significant error on our part, we do not accept cancellations or returns for any reason.

Do not open or use the items until they have been thoroughly inspected! Please inspect all products thoroughly upon delivery. We cannot help with any problems that may have emerged as a result of handling or use.

If your item has a significant, undisclosed problem, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the severity of the problem. You must reach out to us within 14 days of delivery of your package. Before issuing a refund, we may request that the item be returned.

International customers, please be aware that you are solely liable for all customs, tariffs, and import costs that may be incurred as a result of an international transaction. In the event of a returned or lost package, Dodo's Dongles will not provide any type of shipping refund. Furthermore, please include a phone number in your order. While not mandatory, customs may contact you about your shipment using the phone number you supply.

We do not offer cancellations or refunds for packages lost in transit. We cannot offer refunds on shipping costs for returned or lost packages. Customers shall be responsible for any payments required to re-ship the item in the case of a package being returned by the postal service.

If a customer refuses to pay for re-shipment or refuses to receive a package, a 25% restocking fee will be withheld from any refunds provided. Customers are responsible for following up with USPS or their local postal service in the event of a lost package. We do not have access to any extra updates beyond what is stated in the tracking information.

Because they are handcrafted, your toy may have small divots, scuffs, residual printing texture, and other unusual surface deviations that are not eligible for a cancellation, refund, or return. Your toy's base is hand-trimmed and may have small imperfections, indents, or scuffs from demolding and trimming. The feel of different firmnesses may differ slightly between toys. Toys may also have minor cosmetic variances like as minor pigment freckles or pigment striations. Unless otherwise specified, these are not considered flaws or defects and should not have any effect on the use or longevity of your toy.

All items are photographed and edited by an individual without formal training. While we make every effort to provide as accurate a portrayal of an item as possible, some variations in real-life appearance are possible owing to variances in screen color/brightness or differences in real-life lighting. There will be no refunds, cancellations, or returns for minor color or appearance differences.

Dodo’s dongles are created, processed, and shipped from a smoke-free, pet-free home. While we carefully clean and remove any mold release, fuzzies, and other debris from toys before shipping, there is always the possibility of a stray hair, fiber, or dust mote clinging to the silicone. There will be no refunds, cancellations, or returns in the event of a toy arriving with something on the surface. Wash your toy with soap and water before and after every use.

All products are designed solely for the entertainment of consenting adults. Dodo's Dongles is not liable for how you use your toy or for any discomfort or harm that occurs as a result of use. Use your toy appropriately for your body.

Dodo's Dongles reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to cancel/refund orders or refuse service to any individual. Please keep in mind that we do not tolerate discrimination, cursing, overt rudeness, or any other type of harassment.
